Big jobs are won in awkward, high-leverage moments: getting past the gatekeeper, earning permission, explaining relevance, qualifying budget or energy spend, routing procurement, and exiting cleanly when there is no fit.

  1. Pick the commercial moment Gatekeeper, finance, facilities, procurement, hard no, or follow-up.
  2. Run the AI roleplay The customer pushes back, interrupts, asks for proof, or routes you elsewhere.
  3. Review the weak moment See the scored skill, suggested wording, and the next drill to repeat.
